Gayle is responsible for all of the human resources functions for the more than 700 employees of Preferred Management, Preferred affiliated hospitals and clinics, and Preferred affiliated home health and hospice agencies. These functions include administration and management of the wage and salary program, administration and management of employee benefits program, regulatory compliance, development and implementation of employment policies and procedures, consolidation of job descriptions, and monitoring of performance standards. Her more than 20 years of experience includes 10 years of administrative support to a public school district.
