Kim's diverse health care expertise brings a unique perspective to Preferred Management's partner hospitals. Her responsibilities range from contract development, organizational structuring and human resources to communications, public relations and legal and regulatory investigation. In addition to her wide range of hospital support, she is also the primary liaison between the company and the board of directors for its partner hospitals.

With almost 30 years' experience in health care, Kim brings and extensive background to her role at Preferred. Previous to joining the company as partner, Kim began her hospital career as Head Clinical Dietitian, but quickly rose to serve as Administrator and Corporate Representative for several rural hospitals throughout Kansas and Oklahoma. She also served several years as Management Representative for a regional health care organization, where she supervised operations for several hospitals.

In addition to her impressive professional background, Kim holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Dietetics and Management from Kansas State University. She is licensed and registered as a dietitian in Oklahoma and nationally.
