As Hospital Chief Financial Officer, Larry oversees the accounting and financial aspects of each partner hospital.

He assists Preferred with in-depth studies in reimbursement, utilization and cost reporting, along with the development of budgets and forecasts for hospitals. Larry also monitors department and administrative costs, oversees contracts, prepares and submits cost reports and develops comparative studies that help rural hospitals share efficiencies.

Larry's extensive 27-year health care financial experience includes five years working exclusively with rural hospitals providing auditing and consulting services, review of business office procedures, charge masters, overall strategic planning and preparation of documents for bond issuance and feasibility studies.
