Glynn comes to Preferred Management with a variety of experiences in clinical hospital pharmacy, the pharmaceutical industry, and consultant pharmacy in long-term care facilities. Throughout his career, his interpersonal skills have been the driving force for his success. His work in sales, management, training, clinical support, medical liaison and consultant pharmacy have given him many opportunities to design programs and services.

His professional work goes beyond the administration of medications, sale of innovative drugs, initiating drug trials and working closely with directors of national sales, administrators, physicians and nurses. His approach has been driven by a desire for the utilization of the many high quality and life saving pharmaceuticals to enhance patient care and quality of life. He is excited to join a company dedicated to helping rural hospitals provide quality care in their communities.
